How does the Wholesale and Drop Shipping Work?

To qualify for a wholesale/drop shipping account, you ('Retailer') must either have a physical store (with or without an online presence), be an online seller with an established following, or function as a third-party entity engaged in businesses related to party decoration, design contracting, or similar fields.

ALL buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm that your shop is a legitimate business. I obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit or decline orders for any reason after approval for any reason.

1. How to place an order

Go to our website, add items to your cart, and checkout with the provided discount code.

Order Minimums

  • First order: $300 USD
  • Re-Order Minimum: $200 USD

Wholesale/Drop shipping Discount Tier Classification

  • Wholesale/Drop shipping Price 1: Enjoy an initial discount of 20%.
  • Wholesale/Drop shipping Price 2: Elevate your discount to 25% when your cumulative order amount reaches or exceeds $10,000 USD.
  • Wholesale/Drop shipping Price 3: Unlock our maximum 30% discount when your cumulative order amount reaches or exceeds $50,000 USD.

2. Additional Discounts

Since retailers receive a very significant discount, wholesale/drop shipping pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless offered during a promotion or high-volume of items are ordered and pricing is mutually agreed upon under contract.

3. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment. Our payment methods include credit/debit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay), PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

4. Order Processing Time

Due to the fact that all products are handmade according to orders, and the production usually takes 3-5 days (except holidays), all Wholesale/Drop shipping orders will be shipped within 3-5 days (except holidays) after payment confirmation. Please ensure to provide an accurate shipping address.

5. Cancellations & Changes

We will begin the artificial production of your flower arrangements within one business day upon receiving your order & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

6. Packaging & Shipping

We ship in professional, unbranded packaging to ensure the safe arrival of products. A tracking number will be provided for you to monitor the status of your order.
Qualify for free shipping with an order over $99 USD. Please note that all items are shipped from China via sea transportation, with an estimated shipping period of 45-60 days. If you require expedited shipping, kindly contact our sales team to discuss detailed shipping policies.
(For drop shipping orders, you may either checkout with the delivery address you need to deliver to, or directly send us the delivery address you need to deliver to. Our delivery team will then arrange the shipment accordingly.)

7. Quality Assurance

We uphold strict quality control measures to ensure that customers receive high-quality artificial flower products. Any quality issues should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Due to the fact that all products are handmade according to orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
